仕事内容

・Identify and research target clients
・Identify and participate in appropriate partnering events and conferences, and pitch at
partnering/ introductory meetings with new clients
・Make cold marketing outreach to target clients
・Follow up on communications with new clients
・Manage RFI/RFP process with new/existing clients as well as CRO and other partners for
new opportunities, including responding to referrals
・Prepare and finalize proposals and contracts for potential and current Ascent’s clients
・Support client communication throughout the our proposal, proposal defense and
contract finalization process
・Facilitate and lead contract review including internal/ legal reveiw
・Update marketing materials and company capability presentations
・Ensure a project team is assigned to each awarded opportunity and conduct an appropriate handover
・Keeping records of BD databases and metrics (opportunities, proposals, contracts etc.) including Salesforce entries
・Undertake other responsibilities as requested by Line Manager

応募条件

【必須事項】

・Bachelor’s degree
・Prior experience in business development, preferably in CRO, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
・Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
・Fluency in English is mandatory
・Proficiency in MS Office programs
